Order execution & quality control |

Orders are closely monitored from sampling to Shipment. The status of sampling, production & shipment are informed to the buyers regularly. We maintain pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. We check the quality at Pre-production level / Initial production level / During production level / Final random inspection. |

Quality tests |

Fabric & trims quality is checked, Fabric counts / construction & weight along with weaving quality are checked . Any defects in fabrics are removed / rectified before cutting. |

Colour fastness |
| |
|
To Washing, rubbing, dry cleaning, Hot pressing etc., are carried out. Garment Dimensional stability to washing / Dry cleaning, appearence after washing / dry cleaning is also tested. |

We export garments to England / Australia / Spain / Japan and latin American countries. |
